My father was a extremely
talented hard working iron
worker. To say the least I
couldn't help but pick it up.
I started pounding on iron at
13 years old. Eventually I got
heavily involved in iron work
when I started welding
armatures for my sculptures.
It became a major part of my
work when I started
fabricating rock work cages
and structural steel. I have
always been involved with
residential design and
construction work. The
progression to ornamental
steel was natural.
