  • What is powder coating and why do I need it?

    Powder Coating is a high-quality finish that protects metal from rust and makes the legs essentially waterproof. With a powder coated finish our products can be used both indoors and outside and will last for years.

  • What is your return policy?

    We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we do offer Free Shipping on all our products and if a product arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us and we will get it taken care of right away.


     

  • How much is delivery?

    We offer free shipping on all of our products to the lower 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, please contact us for a shipping quote.

  • Why are your prices higher than other retailers?

    Our prices are higher than other retailers because we use 100% American made, heavy-duty steel and handmake each product. We also include free shipping with all items in the lower 48 states. Finally, all of our products are powder coated so they have a high-quality finish that will last a lifetime.

  • Can I customize product dimensions?

    Absolutely! We offer customization on most of our products. Contact us to see if we offer customizaiton on the product(s) you need, We'll be happy to help with any questions you have.

  • What are your shop hours?

    Our shop hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30am-3pm MST.

  • Do you do wholesale pricing?

    Yes, we offer wholesale pricing. Please contact us to set up an account and get marketing material sent.

  • Item arrived damaged:

    While we do our very best to pack our items with the packaging available and have a damage rate of under 1 percent, damage can occur during shipment despite our best efforts. When this happens please reach out to us and we will send you a replacement product or provide a full refund.

  • Wrong Item was sent:

    This only happens once in a blue moon. Please contact us and we will get the correct item sent out right away.
